The website www.naturalhair.co.za resells hair products and accessories online. The use of any product bought from this website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ client indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
The cost of delivery for anywhere in South Africa is R85. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers Natural Hair Co will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by the selected courier within their normal routes. In these circumstances Natural Hair Co will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address. Natural Hair Co will supply all products to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that products arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Cancelled orders can be refunded with a 3% charge for the 1st 3 days after the order has been placed. Natural Hair Co reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet Natural Hair Co’s standards. Should Natural Hair Co exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund.
Can you change the address on my order after it’s been shipped?
We are delighted to work with you to ensure your order is delivered to the correct address, but we must ask that any additional charges incurred are incurred by the client requesting the change. The best way to avoid additional charges is to check your order’s shipping address as it’s placed, and again on the confirmation email we send. If you notice a problem with the address, send us an email promptly, and we’ll try to make any changes before the package is shipped.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
How much will it cost me to return a product?
Refunds are free within the first 14 days after the product is delivered. After that time, the client will have to assume the cost to return the product; however, Natural Hair Co will not accept the product after 30 days after the product has been delivered under any circumstances.

We accept returns on unused and unopened products only within 10 days of product delivery.
The original manufacturer’s seal must be present on the product and it must be in its original packaging.
It is returned in original salable condition and no health or package seals have been broken.
Any free offers or product add-ons that were sent with the products are returned as well
Please note that refunds will be provided at the price originally paid for the product(s). Products damaged in transit back to Natural Hair Co may not qualify for a refund.
My order has been shipped, but I don’t want it anymore. Can you call it back and refund me?
We cannot recall packages after they have been shipped from our warehouse, and we must treat all shipped orders as returns.
Payment may be made via PayFast, Zapper, SnapSnan or by bank transfer into the Provider’s bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout.
