i tried the garnier ultimate blends, deep conditioner and the conditioner. I must say confusion took place ,as in do i need to buy them both or not, please provide advice about that. I have used them for the past three weeks now, i love , love it it smells divine, does not leave my hair dry. I wash with earthy soap, then i put the conditioner for about 30 munites, then after i put the deed conditioner for about an hour with a double plastic and a hot cloth in between to provide some heat and then cover with a doek. After washing then i do the earthy LOC steps. my wash regime is once a week on a good week, or once every two weeks.
